Ämne: B19 46/38mm ventiler, will it fit?

Hi,
Sorry for my lacking Svenska.

I have a very low klm B19. It is near to new.
Because the B19 has such a small bore I wonder if a head with bigger valves (46mm insug and 38mm avgas) would work? Would they touch the bore?
I know the 530 head already hangs over the bore.

I'd much rather use my extremely fresh B19 and work on that than using a B230 with 300k klm and has a lot of piston slap.

Hope someone will be able to shed some light.

I hope someone here can give you the answer of your question, but if not maybe you can calculate  it all out if you know all the measures!?
